BRITE Energy Innovators published a feature on how Leaf is revolutionizing engineering through AI-driven automation.

Leaf is an AI-driven software company that automates drafting processes in engineering design. Our platform targets engineering firms, helping engineers reduce repetitive work and prevent burnout while accelerating renewable energy infrastructure projects.

After graduation, we sought resources beyond university support and connected with BRITE Energy Innovators. The organization provided critical mentorship, industry connections, and guidance for our pre-seed funding efforts. As CEO Evan Haug stated: "As recent college grads, we wouldn't be where we are today without BRITE."

The feature highlights our major achievements, including receiving over $175,000 in cash prizes and technical support vouchers through the U.S. Department of Energy's American-Made Solar Prizes, and our acceptance into the University of Chicago's Transform Accelerator.

Looking at the market opportunity, there's about a $10 billion spend in the U.S. every year on power infrastructure design—and 40% of that we believe we can automate, representing a $4 billion addressable market domestically.
